Description
You will drive market development for the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen by selling to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors in the Akron, OH territory. This role involves building key relationships, creating strategic business plans, and managing the full sales lifecycle to bring innovative prenatal diagnostics to healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years outside field sales in healthcare, calling on providers in specified territory
- Demonstrated successful sales track record and strong presentation skills
- Effective time management and ability to assess and prioritize opportunities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy
Responsibilities
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
- Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization in the geography
- Manage full sales lifecycle including new business development and lead generation
