💼 About This Role

You'll join our central DevOps function focusing on Redgate Monitor, improving CI/CD, build and release processes, and infrastructure automation. You'll enable engineering teams, reduce toil, and build platforms and practices that scale. You'll also contribute to Redgate's wider DevOps capability, sharing practices and aligning standards across product areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and build systems
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Automate manual processes with scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Coach engineering teams on DevOps best practices

📋 Requirements

• Commercial experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE role
• Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (ideally Terraform) and AWS
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or C#)

• Experience with on-premises product delivery
• Knowledge of operational visibility tools (metrics, logging, alerting)
