๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll build the operating system for a high-growth Care Transformation team and own the enablement architecture that bridges Marketing and customer-facing teams. Your core impact is keeping the team aligned and pointed in the right direction as CT scales. This role combines operating rigor with content judgment, reporting to the VP of Care Transformation.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Run the CT operating system: meeting cadence, agenda, decision log, follow-through.
  • Give CT leadership real-time visibility via dashboards, trackers, and weekly briefs.
  • Own OKRs and improvement initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Build and maintain the CT enablement hub as the bridge to Marketing.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8 years in strategy & ops, CS ops, RevOps, or enablement at a high-growth B2B company.
  • Experience building a function or system from scratch.
  • Familiarity with health system sales cycles and enterprise post-sale relationships.
  • Operational literacy: comfortable owning dashboard, budget, planning model, and agenda.

  • Experience in healthcare tech or AI.
  • Background in customer success or enablement leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority.
