You'll join Inter's customer experience team to analyze operational flows and drive continuous improvement. You'll identify root causes, propose solutions, and facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Establish and prioritize service flow backlogs based on user needs
- Identify problems and opportunities through complex data analysis
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication
- Define and analyze metrics to evaluate project success
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of BPM, PDCA, Lean Six Sigma or similar
- Proficiency in Tableau, Figma, and Salesforce
- Advanced English communication skills
