Description

In this role, you will build dashboards, data pipelines, and internal apps to help data scientists and researchers turn analytical questions into production tools. You'll work at the intersection of data science, strategic communications, and political impact, helping progressive organizations understand how information moves through the digital ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience
• Experience with complex data pipelines, data warehouse infrastructure, and dbt
• Full-stack application development with modern frameworks
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized apps
• Experience supporting analytics, data science, and machine learning teams

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, data pipelines, and internal apps alongside data scientists
• Turn analytical questions into production tools
• Design front-ends that communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Own technical direction within a small research team
• Serve as internal thought leader on new technologies
