Your core impact will be raising the engineering bar and leading cross-team initiatives that improve service quality and technical design across 40+ engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and develop highly scalable backend systems
• Write exemplary code and provide hands-on technical leadership
• Define architecture for critical systems and lead cross-team initiatives
• Drive organization-wide excellence in observability and software quality

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven ability to design and evolve architecture across multiple teams
• Strong experience owning production services end-to-end
• Expertise in Kotlin, Scala, or Java
