🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and support a small team of data engineers
• Drive technical direction and delivery of data-intensive projects
• Foster engineering practices around reliability and performance
• Collaborate with Product to ensure impactful product outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production systems
• 1+ year leading engineers or technical initiatives
• Experience with data platforms or distributed systems
• Strong understanding of system design and scalability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Dagster or similar
• Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines
• Background in data modeling and architecture
