💼 About This Role

You'll lead the French sales team and drive product revenue across retail channels, including buying groups and specialty running accounts. You'll establish sales goals and strategies aligned with EMEA, while mentoring your team to hit targets. This role offers a chance to shape Brooks' presence in a key market with a remote-first setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop brand concepts and strategic sales programs for France.
• Manage GSG retailers and specialty running account associations.
• Coach and mentor the French sales rep team.
• Lead strategic presentations at buying groups and key accounts.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of footwear and apparel sales experience.
• 2+ years managing a sales team.
• Fluency in French and preferably English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience analyzing POS data and retailer P&Ls.
• Advanced skills in Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
