💼 About This Role
You'll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for enterprise clients with over 3,000 employees, including CAC40 companies. You'll educate prospects, provide product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition seamless.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate leads for enterprise accounts
- Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Deliver product demos and tailored presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
📋 Requirements
- At least 8 years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience
- C2 proficiency in French and advanced English
- Experience selling to C-level executives
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue models
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in health insurance or SaaS
- Knowledge of French HR/benefits landscape
- Experience with RFP processes
