💼 About This Role
You'll own the full customer journey for AI-powered code review platform, ensuring customers realize value and driving renewals and expansion. You'll build strong relationships across your book of business and champion customer needs to influence the product roadmap. You'll be a founding member of the customer success team in the Americas.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business objectives
- Drive engagement and adoption throughout the customer journey
- Own a book of business to include renewals and expansion opportunities
- Develop and present periodic reviews to customer leadership
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit’s software
- Strong knowledge of customer success space, including negotiations and procurement
- Ability to establish trust at the CxO level as well as with developers

- Experience with code review processes and tools
- Familiarity with AI, software developer, and open source technologies
- Experience with GTM at early-stage, high-growth, VC-backed startups
