💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the clinical and operational infrastructure of our AI-first mental health care clinic, working with our Medical Director to launch and scale CMS Access care. You'll translate clinical needs into engineering tickets for our AI and product teams. This is a Builder role with a clinical-technical portfolio including protocol design and outcome tracking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and quality oversight mechanisms.
• Translate clinical needs into engineering tickets for AI development.
• Establish Clinical Governance framework and incident response protocols.
• Manage clinical and non-clinical staff, providing supervision to therapists.

📋 Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology with an active license.
• 3+ years experience in a mental health technology or AI startup.
• Deep understanding of CMS reimbursement for behavioral health.
• Track record of building clinical products and workflows from scratch.
