You'll drive the strategic vision of Waymo's Public Safety Outreach program, managing a vendor-based team of First Responder Ambassadors. You'll scale training, establish data-driven metrics for program effectiveness, and develop playbooks to streamline communications with public safety officials across expanding markets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive strategic vision and operational excellence of the Public Safety Outreach program.
• Manage and optimize a vendor-based team of First Responder Ambassadors.
• Scale certification and quality assurance for the Ambassador program.
• Establish a data-driven framework to measure training effectiveness.
• Oversee strategic roadmap for industry event participation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Public Safety or Emergency Management.
• Extensive experience in vendor or people management.
• Deep knowledge of US first responder and public safety protocols (ICS/NIMS).
• Exceptional communication skills with focus on translating program success into executive-level narratives.
