💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana as an experienced painter, performing base coats, tri-coats, and clear coats on vehicles. Your work ensures every car meets our high-quality standards before reaching customers. You'll use state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech inspection center.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply base coats, tri-coats, and clear coats to vehicles
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless color matching
• Paint correct vehicles to remove imperfections
• Operate painting equipment and tools safely

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime as needed

• Experience with paint correction techniques
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
