You'll oversee the security posture of complex information systems for the Army INSCOM G-6, ensuring compliance with DoD and NIST guidelines. You'll lead a team of cybersecurity professionals and directly impact the security of sensitive national security systems. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects where your expertise in risk management and authorization (ATO) protects mission-critical data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee information system security compliance with DoD/NIST guidelines.
• Manage eMASS records and validate security controls.
• Lead continuous monitoring efforts to maintain system security.
• Manage daily activities and professional development of a cybersecurity team.
• Collaborate with O-ISSM to achieve and maintain ATO.

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and NATO eligibility.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT/IAM II/III certification.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM + 12+ years cybersecurity experience (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience validating system security controls and managing vulnerabilities.
• 8+ years with RMF and eMASS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DISA STIGs/SRGs.
• Experience leading cybersecurity teams on large DoD contracts.
• Hands-on experience with DataBricks, GitLab, or Jira.
• CISSP, CISM, or GSLC certification.
