• Simplify complex clinical workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Set and elevate design standards for visual and interaction design.
• Lead end-to-end design execution from ideas to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Champion user-centered design through research and synthesis.

📋 Requirements

• 7-12+ years shipping impactful product design in complex domains.
• Proven track record leading significant design initiatives from concept to launch.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative spirit with low ego and desire to learn and teach.
