Description

You will provide compassionate home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Durham and Orange counties, following care plans, administering medications, and monitoring conditions. You'll work per visit with a designated territory and enjoy supportive benefits.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits and administer medication, wound care, treatments
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Perform client assessments and case management
• Document care using electronic touch pad tablet
