🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of Calendly's largest accounts ($40k+ ARR)
• Uncover expansion opportunities across multiple business units
• Deliver white-glove experience and executive engagement
• Align Calendly's product with customer business objectives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS/PLG
• Track record of owning and growing enterprise accounts
• Skilled in analyzing customer data to drive outcomes
• Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight
