💼 About This Role

You'll lead security initiatives in a healthtech company focused on cloud-based financial systems. You'll embed security early in SDLC and drive incident response, ensuring healthcare platforms stay secure and compliant.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with developers and architects to embed security requirements early in design.
• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments for applications and platforms.
• Lead security incident response, coordinating containment and remediation.
• Support security operations including monitoring, vulnerability management, and tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in security engineering.
• BS or MS degree in Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on incident response experience in production environments.
• Experience with threat modeling or security risk assessments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., healthcare).
