Description

You will work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for branch banking and teller platform development, facilitate design collaboration meetings, and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories. This role involves collaborating with developers on API contracts and integration specifications, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate BA workflows.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of technology-focused Business Analyst experience
• 3+ years in financial services or banking
• Proven ability to facilitate complex requirements gathering and design sessions
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and integration projects

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for branch banking and teller platform development
• Facilitate requirements gathering and design collaboration meetings
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Review API contracts and integration specifications with developers and architects
• Manage project progress using Agile lifecycle controls and prepare status reports
