You'll lead commercial legal activity at a fast-growing AI security startup, partnering directly with sales to close enterprise deals. Your core impact will be structuring complex agreements and accelerating time-to-close while building an in-house legal function. This role is unique because it's commercially embedded and execution-focused.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer agreements and partnership contracts
- Join deal cycles with sales to resolve legal blockers and accelerate closing
- Structure complex commercial arrangements including data sharing and AI-driven products
- Develop standardized templates and negotiation frameworks
๐ Requirements
- 6โ10 years of legal experience
- Top-tier law firm (T14) background preferred
- In-house experience at a startup or technology company
- Experience negotiating enterprise commercial agreements
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience at high-growth companies like Palantir, Meta, Stripe
- Negotiated large-scale enterprise deals ($10M+)
- Worked on trust and safety or AI-related legal frameworks
