💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store and lead the team in the absence of management. You'll drive sales through excellent customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and inform customers of products and services
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and conducting counts
• Process cash transactions including tills, counting cash, and deposits
• Train new employees on store procedures and product knowledge

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or equivalent
• Ability to work fluid schedules including nights and weekends
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds

• Experience in grocery or restaurant
