💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters responsible for sourcing and closing top talent for Verkada's marketing organization. You'll report directly to the CMO and have high visibility, meaningful ownership, and direct impact on hiring strategy. This role requires being on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, lead, and mentor a team of end-to-end recruiters.
• Develop relationships with marketing stakeholders to understand hiring objectives.
• Use data to evaluate and optimize hiring processes.
• Design scalable recruiting systems and pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 7-18 years of recruiting experience.
• At least 3 years leading or managing high performing recruiting teams.
• Proven track record of partnering with Executives.
• Ability to adapt and navigate ambiguous situations in a fast-paced start-up.
