You'll bridge gaps between initial application and underwriters by managing evidence ordering and vendor coordination. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily productivity of Underwriting Assistants/Associates
• Oversee case allocation to prevent pre-underwriting bottlenecks
• Audit requirement-raising process for First Time Right quality
• Act as primary escalation point for sales and distribution queries

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years in Life Insurance Operations
• 3-5 years in managerial/supervisory role in Underwriting Support
• Proficiency in Insurance Core Systems (PAS)
• Advanced Excel skills for productivity tracking

✨ Nice to Have

• LOMA/III certification is an advantage
• Familiarity with OCR/Digital document workflows
