🎯 What You'll Do

• Build backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Support the delivery of the first product release (Pitch Point)
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver features quickly and accurately
• Contribute to infrastructure and DevOps tasks for deployment and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Java in backend development
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot building production-ready services
• 2+ years of experience with infrastructure and DevOps supporting deployments
• Ability to work effectively in a small team and deliver against tight deadlines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with React
• Experience designing for performance and scalability
• Strong backend and infrastructure experience to offset limited front-end exposure
