💼 About This Role

You'll shape the Waabi sensors platform as we scale from development to production. You'll solve challenging integration issues across LIDAR, RADAR, cameras, and more, deploying and debugging software on real vehicles daily. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative sensor solutions and improve live system behavior.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Help shape the Waabi sensors platform as we scale.
• Solve integration issues across sensor modalities.
• Deploy and debug software on real vehicles daily.
• Integrate new sensors into onboard platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience on fielded sensor systems.
• Expert level C/C++ or Rust in resource constrained environments.
• Independently led engineering efforts to solve critical systems problems.
• Fielded and debugged Linux systems below the application level.

✨ Nice to Have

• Some electronics experience (read schematics, use test equipment).
• Firm grasp of time in coordinated systems.
• Passionate about self-driving technologies.
