You'll provide primary care services to patients across multiple offices in Washington, DC, handling acute, chronic, and well visits. This per diem role offers flexibility while delivering human-centered care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• Perform in-office procedures and tele-health visits
• Collaborate via daily huddles with in-office team
• Obtain licensure for virtual care in additional states

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Licensed or able to obtain licensure in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC
• Completed an accredited NP program with national certification
