You'll drive Big Health's growth by providing practical legal support, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring regulatory and data privacy compliance. Your work will enable safe innovation in a fast-moving digital health environment. You'll help scale responsibly while delivering technology that improves patient outcomes and supports mental health access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and clinical contracts.
• Advise on healthcare regulations and data privacy compliance.
• Act as first point of contact for day-to-day legal questions.
• Contribute to scalable legal workflows and policies.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in healthcare or digital health.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks (FDA, HIPAA, fraud and abuse).
