You'll strengthen consultant relationships in the Central/Midwest region, driving market preference for Included Health solutions. You'll partner with Sales and Client Success to support pipeline development and strategic renewals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain trusted consultant relationships across assigned territory.
• Partner with Sales RVPs on territory strategies leveraging consultant connections.
• Educate consultants on Included Health's products and strategic vision.
• Support renewals by advising on consultant engagement for strategic accounts.
• Monitor consultant trends and share insights with cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years client-facing experience in health and benefits.
• Direct experience at a consulting or brokerage firm.
• Proven ability to influence consultant recommendations and drive preference.
• Experience in consultative sales or advisory engagements.
