💼 About This Role

You'll build user-facing products and reusable platform components for collaboration and trust management at Vanta, a leading Trust Management Platform. Your core impact is designing APIs and UI components that enable seamless in-app experiences, replacing fragmented workflows across tools like Slack and Jira. This role uniquely combines delivering customer value with building foundational platforms that accelerate every product team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and execute projects with multiple stakeholders to build collaborative platform features
• Design and build high-quality, reusable APIs and UI components
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver cross-cutting features
• Participate in on-call rotation and conduct thorough code reviews

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience with strong fullstack capabilities
• Proven experience building user-facing features and platform services consumed by other teams
• Experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern web technologies
• Technical leadership experience leading projects and mentoring engineers

✨ Nice to Have

• Platform or internal tools experience building for developer customers
• On-call and production operations experience
• Interest in learning about security and compliance
