Description

As a Field Service Engineer at ASM, you will join a team providing support and troubleshooting at client sites for CVD/EPI/PEALD/Furnace tools. You'll drive tool uptime, manage installations, and enhance customer relationships while developing innovative global technology systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
• Proven success in collaborative partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
• English language fluency

Responsibilities

• Maintain tool uptime and execute installation and support of hardware issues
• Develop and maintain technical information for internal and external stakeholders
• Build long-term innovative global technology systems for customer relationships
• Manage new product installs and subsequent hardware development
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through team and tool development
