🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of CSMs to enhance performance.
- Drive retention through proactive engagement and success planning.
- Guide team to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams.
📋 Requirements
- 3-5+ years in customer success, account management, or sales.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Experience in a tech-driven environment (cloud, SaaS, networking).
- Proven ability to deliver results in customer retention and account growth.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
