🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of CSMs to enhance performance.
  • Drive retention through proactive engagement and success planning.
  • Guide team to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Experience in a tech-driven environment (cloud, SaaS, networking).
  • Proven ability to deliver results in customer retention and account growth.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
