💼 About This Role

You'll provide senior leadership and technical direction for water treatment facilities, including advanced RO-HDS and AWTF systems. You'll lead a team of water treatment professionals to manage environmental risks and satisfy regulatory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge selenium and nitrate removal technology in the breathtaking Elk Valley of British Columbia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support and guidance to the Water Operations team on facility operations and risk management.
• Support Water Projects and Regulatory Approvals teams through construction and commissioning phases.
• Foster a culture of analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Supervise and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in an industrial or large municipal facility.
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer process software.
