💼 About This Role

You'll service and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients in the Binghamton, NY area. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving first-time fix rates through accurate diagnostics and repairs. This role offers a company vehicle, gas card, and access to the region's largest training center.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment issues
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Educate customers on system care and efficiency
• Maintain accurate service records in Service Titan

📋 Requirements

• HVAC service experience in residential settings
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• EPA Section 608 certification (or ability to obtain)

• Experience with Service Titan software
• NATE certification
• Knowledge of high-efficiency systems
