Description

You'll partner with senior leaders to drive high-impact people strategies, lead organizational change, advise on employee relations, and implement core HR programs for HoneyBook's US-based teams. This role is all about scaling our people strategy with intention and care in a hybrid environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in tech or high-growth environment
• Experience supporting US-based teams and knowledge of US employment law
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management
• High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities
