• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple calendars.
• Act as main point of contact for candidate interview logistics.
• Support hiring operations with administrative tasks and projects.

📋 Requirements

• English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to be in London office 2-3 days per week.
