Description

You will support large-user special handling, migrations, and ORR activities by reviewing KYC/KYB documents, running data queries, managing workflows, and troubleshooting user issues. You'll plan and execute large-scale migrations, build dashboards, and communicate with account teams and external users.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to large customers.
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to synthesize data to identify trends.
• Quick learner comfortable working in-office, handling ambiguity, and prioritizing in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven experience in user-facing roles, including joining customer calls to understand requirements.
• Process-oriented mindset with ability to identify and solve internal process inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute large-user migrations end-to-end, including technical coordination, monitoring, and blocker resolution.
• Run Hubble/SQL queries and build dashboards to track migration status, rejection rates, SLAs, and backlogs.
• Configure internal systems queues for migration workflows and set routing/prioritization rules.
• Review KYC/KYB documents and make verification decisions for onboarding and exception cases.
• Communicate with account teams, vendor managers, and external users via status calls and incident channels.
