💼 About This Role

You'll lead the SRE team responsible for building and maintaining foundational infrastructure at Tempo Software, a trusted name in the Atlassian ecosystem. Your primary mission is to ensure stability, high availability, and cost efficiency of our core platform while scaling our cloud infrastructure and driving DevOps culture. You'll also drive adoption of AI tooling to enhance productivity and automate SRE processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Define strategy for platform reliability, scaling, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee design of CI/CD pipelines and automation for build, release, and deployment.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure reliability requirements are met.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years managing or leading high-performing SRE or Infrastructure teams.
• Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud service providers.
• Proven experience overseeing deployment of complex software solutions.

• Passionate about Kubernetes and containerization.
• Familiar with monitoring and observability tools like RUM and tracing.
• Experience driving adoption of AI tooling in SRE.
