๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the customer journey for a fast-growing AI video platform, building and optimizing cross-channel campaigns. You'll directly impact activation, conversion, retention, and winback using modern AI tools and data-driven experimentation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
- Execute programs for onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and winback.
- Own campaign setup and QA in Iterable including journeys and segmentation.
- Monitor performance and run A/B tests to improve trial conversion and churn.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years experience in lifecycle or retention marketing at a software or subscription business.
- Strong hands-on experience building campaigns in Iterable or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to execute and optimize cross-channel lifecycle campaigns.
- Solid understanding of subscription metrics (conversion, retention, churn, LTV).

- Experience with mobile-first products (iOS/Android).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Interest in AI tools for marketing workflows and content creation.
