💼 About This Role

You'll lead factory systems operations at Anduril's first hyperscale manufacturing facility, ensuring reliable performance of production-critical infrastructure. You'll directly deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain servers and networks while mentoring a small team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle management of factory servers and software
• Design and support network infrastructure for production
• Proactively monitor and resolve system/network performance issues
• Integrate factory stations and equipment with engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of systems administration experience in a production environment
• Hands-on experience with server build and hardening (physical and virtual)
• Expertise in network infrastructure (switches, VLANs, routing, wireless)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues under time pressure
