Description

You will lead Stripe's integrated campaign strategies for startups and AI companies, owning the holistic demand plan and driving cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

• 14+ years marketing/campaigns experience in B2B SaaS
• 8+ years people leadership with track record of developing teams
• Deep expertise with startup and AI audiences
• AI-forward with hands-on experience driving innovation using AI tools
• Proven track record of executing successful global multi-channel campaigns

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end campaign strategy with senior leaders
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing campaign team
• Be accountable for delivering campaign strategies to exceed pipeline targets
• Partner across Comms, Product Marketing, Regional/Field/Partner Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance
• Manage the entire customer journey from awareness to adoption
