You'll own how Roofr grows through the product, working at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. You'll design activation and expansion paths that keep contractors engaged and build Roofr Voice into a scalable AI product line.

  • Orchestrate hybrid product-led and sales-led motion
  • Drive activation and expansion for new and existing customers
  • Own self-serve revenue growth across transactional and subscription products
  • Build and scale Roofr Voice AI product strategy and roadmap

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of product growth experience in B2B SaaS
  • Real experience building a hybrid product-led and sales-led motion
  • Strong activation and expansion instincts with measurable improvement in time-to-value
  • Fluent in growth metrics like activation rate, adoption, expansion revenue, and NRR

  • Experience building or scaling an AI-powered product
  • Vertical SaaS experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with Amplitude, HubSpot, and Snowflake
