๐ผ About This Role
You'll own how Roofr grows through the product, working at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. You'll design activation and expansion paths that keep contractors engaged and build Roofr Voice into a scalable AI product line.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Orchestrate hybrid product-led and sales-led motion
- Drive activation and expansion for new and existing customers
- Own self-serve revenue growth across transactional and subscription products
- Build and scale Roofr Voice AI product strategy and roadmap
๐ Requirements
- 8 to 12+ years of product growth experience in B2B SaaS
- Real experience building a hybrid product-led and sales-led motion
- Strong activation and expansion instincts with measurable improvement in time-to-value
- Fluent in growth metrics like activation rate, adoption, expansion revenue, and NRR
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience building or scaling an AI-powered product
- Vertical SaaS experience is a strong plus
- Experience with Amplitude, HubSpot, and Snowflake
