🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and document car movement at entrance and exit gates.
• Conduct routine patrols of facility yard and buildings.
• Become trained and certified in first aid, CPR, and AED.
• Handle badge creation, CCTV review, and other requests.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of decision-making in complex environments
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, Card Access technology
• Previous experience supporting an OSHA program
• Experience with crisis prevention and response plans
