Requirements

• Strong technical accounting expertise under U.S. GAAP
• Experience leading financial reporting and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and delivery of external financial reporting
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors for debt compliance and annual filings
• Monitor evolving accounting standards and assess business impact
• Serve as technical accounting expert for complex transactions (leases, equity, cloud computing, impairments)
