You'll be the face of Carvana at our facility gates, ensuring proper protocols for vehicle movement and safety. You'll play an active role in protecting associates, customers, and assets through inventory control and emergency response. This role offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and security operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement at entrance and exit gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility and document concerns
• Handle badge creation and CCTV review requests
• De-escalate situations and ensure incident response protocols

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, card access technology
• Previous experience supporting an OSHA program
• Experience with crisis prevention or response plans
