You'll specialize in chiller start-up and commissioning for commercial and industrial HVAC systems across the nation. Your work ensures systems perform efficiently and meet client expectations. This remote role offers extensive travel (80%) with a balanced schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform equipment start-up and commissioning of new HVAC systems.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize system life.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, refrigerant leaks, or airflow imbalances.
• Document all service work including test results and parts used.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years commercial HVAC service or maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration cycle and wiring schematics.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and manufacturer specifications.

• Installation background is a plus.
• Experience with water source heat pumps and rooftop packaged systems.
