You'll lead a team of Resident Consultants driving value for enterprise customers using Samsara's IoT platform. You'll shape strategy, ensure customer success, and grow talent. This role blends leadership, customer advocacy, and strategic impact in a hyper-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute long-term strategies for the Resident Consultant team
• Ensure ongoing success and value realization for enterprise customers
• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team
• Keep executives informed of progress and advocate for change

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Customer Success, account management, or consulting
• 3+ years in management positions, including recruiting and retaining top talent
• Experience with $1M+ ACV customers
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS
