๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the revenue-generating systems at Maple end-to-end, building pipelines and tools for our AI agents serving local businesses. Your core impact is automating the full funnel from lead to closed-won revenue while building rep tooling that makes AEs faster. You'll work with sales, marketing, and ops to solve bottlenecks and unlock growth in a high-leverage, measurable role.

- Build and automate revenue pipeline loops
- Create rep-facing tooling to boost AE efficiency
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops on bottlenecks
- Prototype and roll out new growth automations
๐ Requirements
- 1โ3 years in a technical, ops, or growth role
- Excited by the business problem under the engineering problem
- Context on modern GTM (cold outbound, PLG, etc.)
- Operates with zero hand-holding, ships scrappy solutions
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Claude, Cursor, or similar AI tools
- Familiarity with local business domains
