You'll own the revenue-generating systems at Maple end-to-end, building pipelines and tools for our AI agents serving local businesses. Your core impact is automating the full funnel from lead to closed-won revenue while building rep tooling that makes AEs faster. You'll work with sales, marketing, and ops to solve bottlenecks and unlock growth in a high-leverage, measurable role.

  • Build and automate revenue pipeline loops
  • Create rep-facing tooling to boost AE efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops on bottlenecks
  • Prototype and roll out new growth automations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years in a technical, ops, or growth role
  • Excited by the business problem under the engineering problem
  • Context on modern GTM (cold outbound, PLG, etc.)
  • Operates with zero hand-holding, ships scrappy solutions

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Claude, Cursor, or similar AI tools
  • Familiarity with local business domains
