Description

You will manage a team of manufacturing associates to produce high-quality products, ensuring efficient operations and safety compliance on the 2nd shift. Your leadership on the production floor will drive output, minimize waste, and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing (food production preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack)
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production schedules for efficient labor and resource use
• Lead, coach, and develop employees, managing staffing and performance
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain raw material levels and accurate production reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure safety compliance
