💼 About This Role

You'll support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) by managing release and deployment functions within a large IT environment. You'll assist with configuration management, change control, and release scheduling. This role requires ITIL Foundation certification and a valid NATO Secret security clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain methods and tools for release management
• Assess release components and schedule releases
• Support change management and configuration audits
• Maintain and document release processes and procedures

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in release and deployment in a large IT environment
• Collaboration experience with Change Management, Configuration Management, and Verification/Validation teams
• ITIL v3/4 Foundation certification
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience (6+ years)
