You'll design, build, and operate web applications for a Series C startup helping people in crisis access legal aid. You'll collaborate with product and design to turn complex legal processes into intuitive software. This role offers the chance to shape company culture while making a social impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and operate web applications with focus on performance and reliability
• Work with product and design to refine product details and acceptance criteria
• Write, review, and test code collaboratively with other engineers
• Leverage peers as multipliers to create excellent products and services

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building production full-stack applications with React
• Experience designing and operating reliable backend systems and APIs
• Partner closely with product and design to deliver user-focused solutions
• Comfortable owning services in production including deployment and monitoring

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Golang
• Experience building software for industries with complex workflows like legal or healthcare
• Experience evolving systems as teams and traffic scale
